  • License & Access: Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for the use of the assessment(s) and related materials. For organizations, each “seat” is tied to one individual and cannot be reassigned once activated.
  • Expiry: All assessments and reassessments must be used within 12 months of purchase. Expired credits cannot be reinstated.
  • Reassessments: Available only after completing an initial assessment.
  • Payments: Payments are securely processed through PayPal or approved invoicing. Services are delivered only after payment is received (unless otherwise agreed for organizations).
  • Intellectual Property: All content, frameworks, and materials remain the property of Master Risk Model – Yilian B.V. and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
  • Limitation of Liability: Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
