How the MASTER Risk Model Was Built

The MASTER Risk Model was inspired by Marina Tognetti’s experience as an entrepreneur.

While building mYngle, she faced repeated moments where decisions had to be made without full information, under pressure, and with real consequences.

Over time, a pattern began to repeat. The difficulty was not only in what she was facing, but in how hard it was to see where the uncertainty came from and how to respond to it.

At the same time, she noticed a gap. Business frameworks focused on strategy and execution, while personal development focused on mindset or skills. These were rarely combined.

To bridge this gap, Marina developed the MASTER Risk Model, a framework designed to make uncertainty more visible and actionable through small, concrete steps.

Today, the MASTER Risk Model is more than a framework, it’s a proprietary system officially recognized under European Patent Pending (Application No. EP25188255).
